We currently offer three shipping Options within the United States:

Observation: orders placed Fridays after 2:00 PM thru Sundays will be processed on the following Monday.

- For APO/FPO addresses, all orders will be shipped via our Standard Service only (Expedited and Express ship methods are currently not available for APO/FPO addresses). Standard delivery timeframes (as noted above) do not apply to APO/FPO shipments.
- The cost for shipping is based upon order amount. Please refer to the Standard rates in the table below.
- We are unable to ship to US Territories and international locations at this time.
- Please note, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Hazardous Materials
Certain items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. nail polish) are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by Ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For these shipments, we recommend USPS Ground at $5.99. Regrettably, these items cannot be shipped to either Alaskan or Hawaiian addresses.
Tracking Your Packages
You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores:

Canceling an Order
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by calling 1-305-671-3356 or by e-mail (info@mundialimpala.com). Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policies for easy returns.
